01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 788wim ("the Company", "we", "our", "us") and any individual ("Member", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service or product offered through the 788wim platform, accessible at https://788wim.com and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, by making a deposit, or by placing a bet, you conclusively confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you agree to be legally bound by them; (c) you are of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction and are at least 21 years of age; and (d) you are accessing 788wim voluntarily and of your own free will.

788wim reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain a 788wim account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict and non-negotiable minimum age requirement that applies to all 788wim products, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, Money Wheel, and the Mine game.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-human legal entities are not permitted to hold a 788wim account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or family member of an employee or contractor of 788wim or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 788wim or by any other gaming operator, at the time of registration or at any point during your membership.
• You must not be accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

788wim reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following any suspicious activity on an account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

You may only hold one active account with 788wim. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — whether identified by name, national identity card number, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — all associated accounts will be suspended and any outstanding balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

03 Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 788wim account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 788wim customer support immediately via live chat or email. 788wim will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Member has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

788wim reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent or money-laundering purposes; (c) the account holder has provided false or misleading registration information; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the Member or by 788wim — any genuine funds remaining in the account after all applicable deductions will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to the satisfactory completion of identity verification procedures.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 788wim platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 788wim does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges for which 788wim accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfers
• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet transfers
• HBL Bank — direct bank transfer
• UBL Bank — direct bank transfer
• Meezan Bank — direct bank transfer
• Debit Card — Pakistani-issued debit cards only

All payment methods used must be registered in the same name as the 788wim account holder. Third-party payments — including deposits or withdrawals via accounts belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any account found to be processing third-party payments will be suspended immediately.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your 788wim account. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at 788wim's discretion.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. 788wim reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals that exceed standard thresholds. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where identity verification is pending or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

Funds deposited into a 788wim account must be used for gaming purposes. 788wim reserves the right to apply a processing fee to deposits that are withdrawn without being used for a minimum level of genuine gaming activity, as determined by 788wim at its reasonable discretion.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

788wim offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, and enhanced-odds offers to both new and existing members. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms of a promotion and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all 788wim promotions include:

• Bonuses are issued in PKR and credited to the Member's bonus wallet unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• 788wim reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, or collusive play — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses and free bets have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 788wim platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are available within the relevant product section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

For sports betting — including cricket betting on PSL matches, international Tests, ODIs, and T20 events — the following general rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Bets placed in error at clearly incorrect odds are void and will be settled at the correct odds or cancelled at 788wim's discretion.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement beyond 12 hours, or a change of venue, 788wim reserves the right to settle bets in accordance with standard sports betting rules for the relevant sport.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended without notice if a significant event occurs (such as the fall of a wicket or the award of a penalty).
• 788wim reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on individual markets, events, or Members at any time.

For casino games — including live baccarat, roulette, dragon tiger, andar bahar, and teen patti — and for specialty games including Money Wheel and Mine, the rules specific to each game apply. All casino and specialty games use certified random number generators or live dealer systems and are audited for fairness by independent third-party testing laboratories.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game or sporting event, 788wim reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Member's account. 788wim's decision in such circumstances is final and binding.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 788wim platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of criminal activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person to do so.
• Providing false or misleading personal information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Accessing the platform via VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to mask or misrepresent your location or identity.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the 788wim platform in a manner not sanctioned by 788wim.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of insider wagering in relation to sporting events offered on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or miscalculated odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 788wim employees or other Members.
• Allowing or encouraging a minor — any person under the age of 21 — to access or use your 788wim account.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 788wim platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall compilation and arrangement of such content — is the property of 788wim or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 788wim platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform; use the 788wim name, logo, or branding without prior written consent; or frame or mirror any part of the platform on another website.

09 Privacy & Data

788wim collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering with 788wim, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

788wim is committed to protecting the personal data of its Members and implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to ensure data security. We will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

788wim may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions in connection with anti-money-laundering obligations or other legal requirements. Such disclosures are made in good faith and in compliance with applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 788wim, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 788wim platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login credentials.
• Losses arising from delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals due to the failure of third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect economic loss or loss of profit arising from your gaming activity on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to exclude or limit 788wim's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The 788wim platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. 788wim does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11 Responsible Gaming

788wim is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its products. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be pursued as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

788wim provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 788wim account.
• Session Limits: Restrict the amount of time you spend on the platform in a single session.

12 Amendments to These Terms

It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 788wim platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and request account closure.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 788wim's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence. By using the 788wim platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and regulatory bodies applicable under that licence framework for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence, to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
